Black Swan Training’s Business Accelerator Programme will make you and your team perform better.

We start by looking at the sales process. You will discover how to convert prospects in sales in business-critical areas: from developing the right sales approach, all the way through to mentoring and motivating your team.
Module 2: Tell the World About Your Products and Services
After tackling your sales, we can then help you establish a marketing plan. We will help you understand and develop the techniques needed to promote to and attract prospects.
Module 3: Building an Effective Business
Are you creating a business or just doing a job? Can you see a clear direction to profitability and, ultimately, business success? In this module you’ll find answers to these questions. We will help you apply what you learn practically within your business.
Module 4: Turn Visions into Goals, Goals into Achievements
This module will give you clear action and practical advice on how to set your business on the right course: to get where you want to be. It is easy to come up with a 'wish list', but with our help you'll be able to fulfil your ambitions.
Accelerate to Success
Experts in their respective fields will deliver each workshop, you will be learning from the best. You will also be assigned an individual learning mentor who will ensure you get the full benefit out of the programme by analysing your personal learning needs and helping you implement the skills you learn from the experts.
